Biscay Orchards is Mike and Leslie Reny's small family apple orchard in Damariscotta, growing many varieties with McIntosh, Cortland, and Macoun leading the pick-your-own rows as conditions allow.They press their own cider, and the apple stand earns its detour: cider and pumpkin donuts, apple pies, apple and molasses cookies, jams, jellies, salsas, maple products, honey, vinegar, fudge, bread, and Cabot cheese. Apples sell simply, by the pound.
