Pork
Beef
Cold Spring Ranch in New Portland was established in the 1880s, and when Gabe Clark bought the property in 2005 he restored its original name. He and Molly now manage over 600 acres of pasture, hayfield, and woodland.
Their 100% grass-fed beef is GMO-free and certified to Global Animal Partnership welfare standards, and their pastured pork comes from a cross of heritage breeds. Every animal is born, raised, and butchered in Maine, and weekly processing means beef and pork are available year-round rather than just at harvest time.
