Levesque's Organic Farm in Leeds goes back to 1993, when Paul and Suzanne Levesque started with a few small fields and local farmers' markets. Paul built the roadside farm stand in spring 1997, the same year the farm earned MOFGA organic certification, and the stand has been open every season since. Their sons, daughters, and now eleven grandchildren have all worked the same fields.

The farm sells certified organic produce at the stand and through a CSA where a $100 minimum share becomes credit toward anything in the stand. They apply no chemical or non-organic agents, focus on feeding the soil, and added Real Organic Project certification in 2021.
