Maple Syrup
Maple Rush Sugar House is owned and operated by Jordan Davis, boiling since he founded the sugar house in 2017. Every drop of their syrup comes from more than 800 maple trees right in Sabattus, and he handles each step himself, from tapping and collection through boiling and bottling.
The off season is spent in the woods too, managing and conserving the forest that feeds the evaporator. Alongside 100% Maine maple syrup they make maple candy, kettle corn, and cotton candy, and they open the doors to visitors every Maine Maple Weekend.
