Patch Farm in Denmark is run by BrennaMae and Brandon, who started farming together in the fall of 2013 and settled on the current property a year later. BrennaMae studied the business of agriculture at Evergreen State College and came up through MOFGA's apprentice and journeyperson programs.
The farm sells vegetables and herbs through a farmstand restocked Tuesdays and Fridays and a CSA box share. Weekly shares mix greens like lettuce, kale, and beet greens with roots, onions, and garlic, culinary herbs from cilantro and basil to ginger and lemongrass, and summer fruits like zucchini, cucumbers, and raspberries.
