Two Toad Farm in Lebanon has been growing since 2008 with a stated mission you can get behind: stabilize the local food supply, employ local people, and keep fresh vegetables within reach.

The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables and herbs for a Summer Vegetable CSA in full and half shares, plus Marketshares, farmers' markets, and a farm stand, with a sourdough bread add-on for good measure. The soil gets star treatment, with most plots receiving three different cover crops every season.
