Maple Syrup
Bowley Brook Maple began in the spring of 1997 when two college freshmen, lifelong friends and Maine natives, pooled what little money they had to buy an evaporator. Nearly three decades later they're still boiling in Weld.
Every spring they gather sap from their own trees in the western Maine hills and turn it into pure maple syrup on that same tradition of doing it themselves.
