Corey and Alicia O'Connell bought an 1860s homestead in Somerville in 2016 and named it Briggs Farm for Corey's father, who died in 2006. Reviving the old place has been the project ever since: fencing, trial vegetable plantings, bee hives, chickens, pigs, and cows.
Their beef, pork, and honey are available for order, and the farm store stays open year-round, stocked with their own products and goods from other Maine farms.
