Grace Pond Farm is a small, diversified, organically certified livestock and dairy farm in Thomaston, run by Gregg and Rhiannon with their kids Ruby and Maden on the ancestral land of the Wawenock People of the Penobscot Tribe. Gregg returned to farming after 15 years as a contractor; Rhiannon grew up in central Maine.

The farm raises pastured broilers and turkeys, grass-fed beef from Jersey, Normande, and Red Angus crosses, an organically certified dairy herd, and pasture-raised pork. The details matter here: chickens go out on grass in mobile hoop structures by three to four weeks old, poultry eat certified organic grains with Maine-grown non-GMO soy and barley, and the pigs get a soy-free ration built around the farm's own milk and whey.
