Hidden Roots Maple Farm sits on the roughly 220-year-old Tufts Farm at 28 Tufts Lane in Limerick, right on the Limington town line. Nicholas and Abigail Storer made their first syrup in 2014, about 20 buckets and a single pint, built a wood-fired sugarhouse in 2016, and have grown the operation alongside their sons Oliver and Jasper.

Today over 400 taps on pipeline and nearly 100 tin buckets feed the tanks by gravity. The sugarhouse turns out maple syrup, bourbon-barrel aged syrup, maple candy, maple peanuts, maple popcorn, granulated maple sugar, syrup in painted glass bottles, and maple whoopie pies, sold online, at local stores including Limerick Supermarket and Merrill's Country Store, and at the farm by appointment.
