Jo's Sugar House at Hartwell Farm, 443 Sebago Lake Road in Gorham, is a family farm that keeps producing all year: Sebago Lake Ranch grass-fed beef, natural eggs, summer produce, and maple syrup gathered on those freeze-by-night, thaw-by-day late-winter runs when the sap flows.

Maine Maple Sunday is the farm's biggest day, with a sausage and blueberry pancake breakfast, grass-fed burgers at lunch, sugar bush tours, syrup tastings, and goats to meet.
