About the Farm
Marcoux Family Farm is a 100% service-connected disabled veteran-owned farm on nearly 200 acres at 155 Gibbs Road in Wiscasset, producing wood-fired maple syrup, fresh eggs, and turkeys, with pork and beef in the plans.
They sell at the Wiscasset Farmers Market, and Maine Maple Weekend is their signature event; in just their second year they boiled over 60 gallons of syrup, and each morning of the weekend brings a limited supply of Amish-made fried maple-glazed doughnuts that do not last.
