Orchard Ridge Farm in Gorham is a u-pick orchard and farm market run by two generations of women on 38 acres. Erica Gottshalk brings more than 12 years of Portland hospitality experience; Mary Walker is a practicing nurse in Harpswell.

The u-pick fields cover apples, blueberries, pears, and newly planted raspberries, and the market is open year-round. The kitchen is the sleeper hit: bagels and donuts baked daily, espresso and Rwanda Bean coffee, made-to-order hot food, and a license to pour beer and wine, alongside farm eggs, local meats and cheeses, honey, maple syrup, and baked goods.
