Fall brings standard white turkeys for Thanksgiving orders, and the shelves carry local pork, lamb, dairy, maple syrup, honey, and dry goods. The cattle summer on pasture and winter on hay from their own and neighboring fields, maintained without pesticides, and the hens range in large coops and pens with doors closed at night against predators.
