Scenic View Sugaring in Limerick started in 2016 with five taps, an old wood stove, and a steam table pan in the open air. The operation now draws sap from roughly 1,000 taps around town and boils on a 30-inch by 8-foot wood-fired evaporator.
Everything is made in small batches over wood fire: Grade A Maine maple syrup in multiple sizes, maple sugar, maple candy, and bourbon barrel aged maple products.
