About the Farm
Tide Mill Organic Farm in Edmunds has been in the Bell family since 1765, and the 7th, 8th, and 9th generations all work it together today, making it one of the oldest continuously held family farms in Maine.
They raise, process, and sell certified organic meats and dairy: chicken, turkey, pork, beef, and sausage, plus pet food supplements. The turkeys are 100% certified organic and pasture raised, the pigs are hardy mixed breeds, and the beef animals grow on pasture, hay, and silage.
