About the Farm
Virgin Oyster Company is Brian and Sarah Gennaco's farm on New Hampshire's Great Bay, a couple of miles from their home in Dover, where they live with their daughter Isabella and dog Cousteau. Brian holds a Marine Biology and Environmental Science degree from the University of Maine, has worked over a decade in marine aquaculture, and built much of the farm's equipment himself. Farm manager Kristen Mello-Rafter spent eight years as a research SCUBA diver.Their Great Bay oysters are available for online order with curbside pickup in Dover and Portsmouth, by the dozen, fifty, or hundred.
